Ms. Kemp is a Board Member of the Salinas Valley Leadership Group and the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Monterey County Legal Services.

Ms. Kemp is a member of the Monterey County General Plan “Refinement Group,” an advisory group which worked with Monterey County on drafting the County’s General Plan for land use.
