Since 1976, Mr. Lowrey has advised clients in Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara and Monterey Counties in business transactions. He has resolved disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation. His practice emphasizes real property, water, environmental law and land use, water companies, public agencies and nonprofit organizations. Mr. Lowrey advises landowners regarding natural resources, real estate and related regulatory compliance.

Community Service Activities
Mr. Lowrey is a member of the Gilroy Rotary Club. He is a past president and board member of the Salinas Valley Chamber of Commerce, which recognized him as “Member of the Year” in 1991 and “Citizen of the Year” in 1996. Mr. Lowrey was featured in Strathmore's Who's Who Worldwide Publication, and was recognized with the Client Distinction Award by Martindale-Hubbell in 2013. Other Experience Highlights
Before settling in Monterey County, Mr. Lowrey worked in the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Postal Service in Washington, D.C., and was the Director of the Annual Fund for Stanford University’s Law School. Mr. Lowrey has also served as a Special Master for Monterey County Superior Court in a mutual water company dispute.
Mr. Lowrey is general counsel to various private companies, public agencies and nonprofit organizations. He has served as Chair of the Salinas Valley Water Advisory Commission. He is a member of the Monterey County Farm Bureau.
