Mr. Simpson’s practice focus is estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration and litigation, conservatorships and business matters. He has extensive experience in all phases of planning, administration and litigation, and is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in probate, estate planning and trust law. Mr. Simpson holds the highest rating "AV" from Martindale-Hubbell.

In addition to his estate planning practice, Mr. Simpson possesses a breadth of trial experience regarding will and trust contests based upon undue influence, testamentary and contractual capacity, unjust enrichment, forgery, fraud and technical invalidity.
