Mr. O’Connor has a general employment practice that emphasizes counseling and representing business owners in employment practices to prevent or defend claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination. Mr. O'Connor defends a variety of wage and hour claims before administrative agencies and in state and federal court. Community Service Activities
Mr. O’Connor was the founder of Monterey County Legal Services Corporation and is the past president of the Corral de Tierra Rotary Club. He is also past president and current Board Member of the Monterey Jazz Festival and served on the Board of Ag Against Hunger.
Other Experience Highlights
Mr. O’Connor served for three years as General Counsel to the Western Growers Association and its 3,000 grower/shipper members in California and Arizona.
