On September 1, attorney Anne Frassetto Olsen joined the law firm of Noland, Hamerly, Etienne & Hoss. Her practices focuses on dispute resolution including business litigation, management-side labor and employment issues, labor relations including labor negotiations and representing management in union issues and disputes, and working with public entities and non-profit organizations.
Ms. Olsen has practiced law in Salinas since 1981, representing clients in labor negotiations and arbitrations, partnership issues, construction, real estate, common interest developments, landlord/tenant matters and management-side labor and employment. Her J.D. is from University of California Davis School of Law and her B.A. is from University of California Santa Barbara. She is a member of the State of California Bar Association and the Monterey County Bar Association.
A Monterey County native, Ms. Olsen has practiced law in Salinas since 1981. Her community service activities include serving as President of the Elkhorn Slough Foundation, as Past President of Salinas Steinbeck Rotary Club, and frequent contributions to local media publications.
