Randy Meyenberg represents businesses and commercial property owners in a variety of areas including: commercial, agriculture and residential real estate purchase, sale and exchange transactions; commercial, industrial, office, shopping center and agricultural leases; commercial and agricultural business transactions; real estate and personal property security; real property tax analysis and strategies; the formation and operation of corporations, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships, limited partnerships and partnerships; the purchase and sale of businesses, entity mergers and acquisitions; and land use and land development issues.
Randy holds Martindale-Hubbell highest “AV Preeminent” rating. Randy is a member of the American Bar Association, State of California Bar Association, and the Monterey County Bar Association. Randy is also a licensed real estate broker, licensed by the California Bureau of Real Estate.
Background
Born and raised in Monterey County, Randy attended the University of California, Santa Barbara graduating with a Business Economics degree (with High Honors) in 1985. He attended Santa Clara University School of Law, graduating in 1989 (Magna Cum Laude). In his free time, Randy enjoys golfing, exercising, hiking and spending time with his family.
