Geraldine Villa-Hernandez is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on counseling and representing employers. She assists employers in navigating the complexity of employment law issues including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and wage and hour claims. Throughout her representation, she gets to know her clients and their particular needs to better advocate their position. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Geraldine is a Salinas native with Mexican heritage. She earned her BA in Criminal Justice from California State University Sacramento, and her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. Prior to entering law school, Ms. Villa worked as an assistant at Noland Hamerly for two years. During law school she participated in a number of internships, such as with Sacramento Superior Court, one with in-house counsel at a major agricultural employer, and a year-long clerk position with a well-respected local firm. She also founded the First Generation Law Student Association at Santa Clara University School of Law.
