About William

Bill Falor is a general transactional attorney, assisting his clients with navigating the complex legal landscape to find straightforward and practical solutions to their business, real estate, estate planning and administration, and tax issues. Whether helping a client sell a business, buy a piece of property, set up a wealth transfer plan, or solve a tricky tax problem, Bill provides efficient yet comprehensive representation.

Bill was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, and attended All Saints’ Day School and Stevenson School. He earned his BA in Economics and English from Boston College, his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law (where he served as Senior Research Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review), and his LLM in Taxation from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He previously worked at firms in San Jose, Monterey, and San Francisco where he advised businesses, individuals, and fiduciaries on wealth transfer, corporate, commercial, and real estate issues.

Bill resides in Carmel with his wife and two children and their French bulldog. In his free time you can find him running, playing tennis, golfing, skiing, traveling, reading, and spending time with his family.
