One of Monterey County’s leading AV rated law firms seeks a business and real estate attorney, preferably with at least 3 years of relevant legal experience, including corporate governance, entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, real property transactions, contract review and negotiations, and general corporate law. The candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and must have excellent academic credentials and be an active member of the State Bar of California. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional organizational, verbal, writing, analytical and interpersonal skills and have an upbeat, team-focused approach to their law practice. Experience working independently with clients and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships is preferred. We offer a high-level practice and collegial atmosphere with competitive salary and benefits, and our billable hours requirements are reasonable. The position will primarily be based in our Salinas office. Pay $100,000 to $225,000 per year, depending on experience.
