Ms. Olsen’s practice is focused on dispute resolution including business litigation, management-side labor and employment issues, labor relations including labor negotiations and representing management in union issues and disputes and working with public entities and non-profit organizations.
Ms. Olsen represents clients in a variety of matters including labor negotiations and arbitrations, partnership issues, construction, real estate, common interest developments, landlord/tenant matters and management-side labor and employment. She is experienced in litigating these issues in court proceedings, as well as in administrative tribunals including the EEOC, DFEH, NLRB, ALRB and PERB.

Other Experience Highlights
Ms. Olsen is a past Board member of the SPCA for Monterey County, the Monterey County Legal Services Corporation and the Salinas Valley Literacy Foundation. She was appointed to the City of Salinas Blue Ribbon Budget Committee in 2009. Anne was a regular contributor to the Salinas Californian newspaper from 2003 to 2011 and has written articles for Coastal Grower magazine. She has presented a variety of seminars for local businesses.
