Charles Mullaney’s practice focuses on labor and employment law and general civil litigation.
Background
At UC Davis School of Law, Charlie earned the Witkin Award for highest class grade in Contracts Law. While studying for both advanced degrees, he accomplished several significant internships and clerkships, including with the Santa Clara County Superior Court and the California Office of the Attorney General, Civil Law Division. Charlie grew up in Santa Barbara and currently resides in Monterey. He is an avid pickleball player and competes in 4.0 and 4.5 tournaments throughout California.
