Ms. Kemp's practice focuses on land use, environmental and water law, securing land use entitlements from governmental permitting agencies, and counseling clients regarding easements, water systems, land sales, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Historic Resources and other land use matters.

Community Service Activities
Ms. Kemp is a Board Member of the Salinas Valley Leadership Group and the Carmel Bach Festival, for which she is also head of the Development Committee. She served on the Board of the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce for several years. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Monterey County Legal Services.
Other Experience Highlights
Ms. Kemp is a member of the Monterey County General Plan “Refinement Group,” an advisory group which worked with Monterey County on drafting the County’s General Plan for land use.
