Heidi Quinn has broad experience working with public agencies, municipalities, nonprofits, common interest developments, and small to medium-sized businesses. She has a service-focused mindset, and enjoys the diverse challenges, meaningful work, and potential community impact public service offers.

Heidi provides counsel on a wide variety of legal issues including governance, land use, construction law, environmental law, and water law. Heidi regularly advises on compliance with the Ralph M. She has served as primary legal counsel to several special districts, and previously served as Assistant City Attorney and Interim City Attorney.

Originally from Ohio, Heidi lived in various parts of California before settling in Monterey County, where she has resided for more than twenty years. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from San Diego State University, and her law degree from Santa Clara University. After graduation, Heidi worked as a litigation associate in the private sector, focusing on employment and business matters.
