Ms. Berg-James, a former NHEH shareholder, was sworn in October 1, and ceremonial investiture is scheduled for November 5.
A Salinas native, she has practiced law since 2012 and joined NHEH in 2016. She became a shareholder in 2021 and has distinguished herself as a highly respected litigator.
