In July, Mr. Gutierrez joined NHEH’s Litigation practice group with experience focused on contract, real property, corporate, and landlord-tenant disputes. John earned his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law at University of the Pacific, and experienced significant internships. His B.A. in Political Science (Magna Cum Laude) is also from University of the Pacific. While working in Sacramento, John represented clients in a wide range of corporate, contract, and real property disputes, from national business clients to local industry leaders. John is a native of Sacramento and now lives in Marina. He is based in the NHEH Salinas office.
Ms. Vanderburg joined the firm in September, in the Business & Transactions practice group. She is focused on contracts, transactions, and general business representation. Melinda has several years of experience with a multi-national San Francisco law firm. She earned her J.D. and an L.L.M. from Duke University School of Law. Her legal internships included an international airline in Dubai, UAE and a global law firm in Beijing, China. Melinda serves on the Board of Leadership Edge, Inc., a leadership development nonprofit. Throughout her life, she has lived in Canada, the U.S., and the Middle East. Melinda now lives in Monterey and will be based primarily in NHEH’s Monterey office.
