Ana Toledo is an experienced labor and employment attorney. Ana represents employers in various industries in a variety of workplace issues and disputes including wage and hour class actions, discrimination, harassment, unfair labor practices and government agency investigations and citations.
Background
Ana graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law. She also holds a BA degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and an M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary. She speaks Portuguese and Spanish. Ana enjoys contributing her time to community service activities. She is currently on the Board of Center for Community Advocacy and a past Board member of York School and the National Steinbeck Center.
